How Vote Access works

Read the plain-language overview: How Vote Access works.

• One-time purchase for the current UTC calendar month — not a subscription, does not auto-renew.
• Includes one advisory vote on this month’s board (not a donation).
• Unused access ends with the UTC month and does not carry over.
• Tied to your Causling account and non-transferable.
• Causling does not issue refunds. If Apple refunds via your purchase history, remaining access is revoked; a vote already cast stays.

Account deletion

In the Causling iOS app: Profile → Account settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes your Cognito account and associated personal data/content we store for your account.

App Store billing

Monthly Vote Access purchases are processed by Apple. Causling does not issue refunds. To request a refund from Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com or your Apple ID purchase history (Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History).
